Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase

  • All sales are final after 30 days

  • Holiday purchases (Nov 15–Dec 15): returns accepted until Jan 15

  • Return authorization required — contact us before returning any item

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Worn shoes are non-refundable

  • Do not attach shipping labels, tape, or notes directly to the product box
    (use a separate shipping box or envelope)

Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • Unauthorized returns may incur a 15% restocking fee

  • Excessive returns may incur a $20 restocking fee per item

Refunds

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
